Position Description:
As the Project Manager - Healthcare Payor, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects that aim to mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities. Reporting to the Director of the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO), you will be responsible for all phases of the project management lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects that span 6-18 months and often involve external vendors.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Drive successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Mitigate organizational risk and maximize strategic opportunities.
• Report to the Director of the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO).
• Manage all phases of project lifecycle for complex, high-risk projects.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies.
• Evaluate cost and feasibility of multiple options to resolve project issues.
• Manage project budgets.
• Organize teams across business and technology.
• Develop relationships and navigate political issues.
• Perform strategic analysis and risk mitigation.
• Proactively identify conflict and integration issues.
• Remove obstacles by anticipating challenges.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Requires strong, 10+ years of Heathcare Payor business experience.
• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 year's experience in process management.
• Minimum 2 year's experience in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 4 years (if not)
Experience with Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC).
• Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.
Experience interacting and presenting to senior leadership on a regular basis (VP, SVP, CXO),
• Bachelor s degree or relevant experience (advanced degree preferred).
This job is Hybrid in MA and requires 2 days onsite.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500.00 - $185,800.00.
