Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position will be a working out of our office in Reading.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

CGI is preparing a major bid for our Defence client, and we are looking to build a high-calibre team, including a Delivery Project Manager and/or Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working on large delivery and service programmes, ideally with bid experience, and will be responsible for shaping our Service Solution and complex change model. DV clearance is required; candidates may be granted time to secure this before the ITN stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and impact service requirements in detail

• Own the service charges model

• Develop transition and implementation plans

• Collaborate across workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery

• Estimate and cost service models and delivery plans

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience with Defence and Enterprise Business Systems

• Proven project and service delivery expertise

• Strong technical understanding of CGI’s scope

• Contract and commercial management skills

• Excellent client and supplier relationship management

Desired Competencies:

• Experience with large infrastructure services programmes

• Knowledge of applications integration, desktop, and hosting infrastructure services

• Tier 3 or Tier 2 security level experience

• Experience with hybrid delivery programmes (including Agile)

• Previous experience on major bids

The bid will be based at or near CGI’s Reading Office, with some client site engagement anticipated.
