Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Prod support analyst, someone who would able to independently work on Archer support tasks while actively working on building up the knowledge base

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

. A self starter with the creativity to solve problems independently
. Ability to build effective relationships with a range of team members, stakeholders, partners, vendors and business users
. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
. Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness
. Ability to think critically to identify the root cause of a problem and develop both permanent and workaround solutions.
. Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights to support decision making.
. Actively seeks opportunities for professional development and stays updated on industry trends and best practices.
. Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
. Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

 
Must Have Skills:
6+ years of experience 

. Windows services IIS (install, web app deployment , Authentication (SSO, NTLM), Authorization (roles based, AD group) , monitoring/alerting metrics)
. SQL
. PowerShell
. JavaScript

Good to Have Skills:

. RSA Archer Platform (just knowledge)

 
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
