Position Description:

We are looking for a Java Technical Manager with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application development. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, driving technical architecture and design decisions, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring adherence to coding and quality standards. Experience in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery is essential. Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem solving skills are required.
