Position Description:

1. As a Solution Architect, you are a pioneer in our customer solutions and responsible for their conception.
2. Individual contributor role in the Presales and Solutions practice with hands on experience in one or more of the following steams- IT infrastructure, Application Development and Support, Product development, Next Generation Digital Technologies which includes but not limited to cloud.
3. The requirements of our customers that you gain through RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, discussions and workshops are the basis of your work basis which one should be able to craft and lead the responses to RFIs and RFPs including technology areas, transformation opportunities, financials and overall.
4. Build competitive proposals with great level of business acumen and able to comprehend with defend your solution during the bid lifecycle that includes but not limited to Bid management, win themes, pricing models, client presentations and deal defense.
5. Responsible to developing solutions that shall be aligned with Global Solution frameworks and comply with bid compliance and audit requirements.
6. Good sound knowledge on Financial modelling for the client requirements that includes models like – Fixed Price, RU/ Unit based, Time and Material, GCC/GSS model, Gain share model and Value/Cost/Output based pricing.
7. You will accompany projects starting with ideation and sales in all phases of life and support both our delivery organization and sales in technically meeting the business requirements of our customers. As thought leaders in our community of architects, you work on the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency through the identification and communication of learnings and reusables.
8. Spearhead solutions to meet the client requirements in cooperation with architects worldwide, you will identify new solution components both internally and with CGI partners from projects and on the open market.
9. You shall be responsible as a sparring partner for sales on new concepts and approaches and develop offers for new industries / customers.
10. Experience in planning, developing and modernizing large-scale and influential IT systems either on-premise or in the cloud (enterprise architecture)
11. Proven experience in the development of enterprise solutions that meet the business requirements of complex systems
12. Proven track record in system integration experience with various technologies
13. Experience in organizing and leading technical communities
14. Accountable for reporting, reviews, and status updates to management
15. Creating and documenting reference architectures, transitional architectures, and best practices.
16. Partner with domain architects and Delivery teams to design, implement, and support Solutions/Systems/Applications build based on the Target Reference Architecture.
17. Develop and maintain documentation concerning IT s technical architecture
18. Evaluate, choose, and implement technical solutions to meet product and engineering requirements.
19. Produce documentation of infrastructure designs for consumption by operations teams and customers.
20. Interactions with customers, partners, or vendor discussions where technical insights is required
