Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced PMO to join our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Keeping records of project documentation (protocols, contracts, orders, etc.)
- Verifying weekly tasks and documents statuses
- Supporting day-to-day project communication
- Managing the project calendar
- Organizing workshops and meetings
- Onboarding and offboarding project members
- Processing project expenses, invoices, access requests
- Ensuring that project and teams meet deadlines
- Coordinating the team's tasks
- Preparing materials, presentations, project progress reports
- Supporting the team and PM in daily tasks
Our requirements:
- Experience in project/event/office management or as a former executive assistant
- Experience in working in international and fast changing retail environment will be an additional advantage
- Min. Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced level of English (min. B2/C1).
- Good knowledge od MS Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with team members
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Knowledge of IT Industry will be an additional advantage
