Position Description:

A role for individuals who are serious about or already have experience in business and systems analysis.

Your task will be to support the analytical team, analyze requirements, prepare business and systems analysis documentation, and model processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Participating in analytical workshops.
• Preparing, verifying, and updating business and systems analysis documentation.
• Modeling business processes using UML / BPMN notations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Student of analytical or business-related disciplines (e.g., Finance, Information Technology and Econometrics, Computer Science).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to structure information and complex problems.
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level – for working with English-language documentation).

Nice to have:
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for simple data processing.
• Interest in FinTech or RegTech (financial regulations).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BPMN.
