Position Description:

CGI is seeking an Advantage Operations Support Consultant / Executive Assistant to support a global and dynamic business unit sector. You will be instrumental in helping the sector leadership team deliver exceptional quality service to our clients. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be highly valued in this high-profile support position. This is a fulltime position; Candidate must be willing to work from our Fairfax, VA CGI Office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide confidential support to vice presidents and senior leadership team
• Assist with preparation of reports and presentations as needed
• Manage dynamic schedules of senior leadership staff to facilitate meetings and travel arrangements
• Schedule internal and external meetings, providing proactive and real-time calendar management, working across multiple time zones
• Participate in or act as a coordinator for special projects on an as-required basis
• Screen meeting requests to determine the priority level
• Plan and organize team events
• Minimum travel may be required
• Maintain administrative procedures, including business mail, expense reporting, time reporting, authorizations, distribution lists, etc
• Arrange and manage domestic and international travel across multiple time zones

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills is must.
• Resourceful, intuitive, reliable, and pro-active self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and multi-task in a technical and administrative environment
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Independent judgment, acts with discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy
• Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of urgency
• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• Able to be in the Fairfax office a minimum of 3 days/week
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $49,400 -$89,700.
