Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced OpenText Extreme Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Design, develop, and enhance document templates using Design Manager and Designer modules in OpenText Exstream (preferably version 16.x or later).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance document templates using Design Manager and Designer modules in OpenText Exstream (preferably version 16.x or later).
• Build modular and reusable components such as headers, footers, logos, and branding assets to support scalable template design.
• Lead the development of data-driven document generation processes, supporting both batch and on-demand (real-time) communication flows.
• Perform complex data mapping using XML, XSLT, JSON, and delimited files; manage input schemas and transformations.
• Apply dynamic scripting and conditional logic to drive personalized document output across varied channels.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements, align on logic and formatting needs, and optimize delivery strategies.
• Troubleshoot template, package issues and participate in unit Testing.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Skills:
• Understanding and Hands-on Experience in basic and advanced concepts of OpenText Exstream version 16.x or later, Command Centre.
• Agile Methodology
Good Have:
• Knowledge in Accessibility concept
• Good understanding in language layer concept
• Database activities like DB maintenance, DB backup
• Experience working in both print (PDF, AFP) and digital output channels (email, web delivery).
