Position Description:
Security clearance: Reliability Clearance granted preferably or eligible (5+ years residing in Canada)
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate and work closely with leads, facilitate and conduct workshop to understand customer’s complex integration requirements
• Identify product gaps and document requirement for these gaps including use cases, technical requirements, and testing criteria for internal and cross functional team.
• Work closely with other team members to create required testing criteria for interfaces.
• Create and Stage required testing criteria to validate interfaces based on requirements and client’s use cases.
• Work closely with other team members to create custom reports to validate interfaces.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, IT, or any IT related field
• Dayforce Canadian Payroll/WFM/Time experience
•2+ years’ experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce Payroll module
•Client-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.
• Excellent English, written and spoken is required
• Excellent documentation skills
