Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
Collaborating with senior management on client account management and growth
Ability to remove all obstacles enabling customer satisfaction and / or financial performance
Participate and drive service review meetings
Ensure that SLA’s are met as per the agreement (agreed SLA’s)
Ensure member availability for client support
Selecting the right fit - meeting both the financial and technical requirements
Financial planning and Budgeting
In-depth knowledge of all network technology - data/voice, Security infrastructure and video.
Develop new service lines that can be offered to clients for new business
Excellent Presentation skills
Regular DR/BCP drills and ensure prompt action is taken on the findings
Knowledge on KPI indicators
Risk Management and mitigation.
Excellent Negotiation skills
Understanding of business needs and targets
Good understanding of standard framework like ITIL / ISO 27001 /ISO 20000/
Establish regular connects with stakeholders for status update
Demonstrate skills to work under pressure
Operational SPOC - participate in new client requirement / SIP / projects
Create and generate new opportunities with existing clients
Work with other support functions for key updates
Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and project management experience
The ability to lead and motivate members
Identify trainings needs and ensure team members are trained/skilled to meet the current and future requirements
Motivate members to accomplish and gain critical delivery certifications from Azure/Cisco/Checkpoint/FortiGATE /SDLAN/SDWAN
Track member issues and ensure timely closure
Exceed customer satisfaction scores
Encourage member participation in CSR activities
Regular member engagement activities
Regular performance feedback
Performance reviews on a regular basis
Create, maintain and develop a pool of talented resources for new opportunities and technology support
Relevant certification is preferred - like Prince /PMP /CCNP /CCIE
Create and maintain escalation matrix
Demonstrate skills in keeping members engaged
Should be able to work under pressure
Ready to work in shift and extended hours to meet client / organization targets when required

Behavioral Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
