As Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps, co-designing innovative solutions with talented engineers and designers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization—driving continuous improvement, technical excellence, and measurable business impact. Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Facilitate Daily Scrum/Agile Routines: Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication, cooperation, and transparency among team members and stakeholders to help remove obstacles, and track progress to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate on the technical design of product features: Responsible for co-designing product features by working closely with engineering, design teams and other delivery managers to help shape and document the architecture and technical approach of new features, balancing innovation with practical constraints in alignment with defined software archetypes and reusable components.
• Develop towards a Delivery Roadmap and Release Plans: Manage the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmaps, aligning technical milestones with business priorities, proactively managing risks in the plans that would affect on-time feature delivery.
• Work in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing operation: Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for technical improvement and guide iterative enhancements for business continuity, elimination of technical debt, compliance, telemetry, or reduction of running costs.
• Collaborate with different guilds and contribute towards building a strong team culture: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive collaboration across guilds, improve ways of working, end-user adoption and drive value creation.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Computer Science background preferred)
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile ceremonies
• Strong problem-solving skills and meeting facilitation
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast evolving environment, being comfort facilitating team meetings
• Be adaptive and welcome to change
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and development tools such as Datadog, GitHub, Linear B, LaunchDarkly, etc.
• Experience with Full stack development and Service Management, ensuring service quality and compliance with organizational standards
• Coding experience is a plus
• Agile certifications
