Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst for an exciting opportunity within our Intel Community. A DTMI Intelligence Analyst will perform a variety of activities centered on delivering, operating and sustaining modernized, transformed data science / analysis environments worldwide that enable quick and precise decision making to warfighters.
This position is located in our Arlington office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Senior All-Source Analyst is responsible for processing complex data sets, identifying patterns, anticipating developments, and generating high-confidence assessments through innovative approaches. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Apply Agency and IC Tradecraft standards, style, and editing standards.
• Perform data collection and analysis of intelligence from multiple and complex information/ data sources to include classified and unclassified sources, reports and databases.
• Synthesize data into comprehensive reports and briefings that facilitate high quality decision making.
• Continually research and understand customer needs and requirements over time.
• Propose initiatives and tasks that synthesize intelligence narratives to address customer needs.
• Proactively retrieve information from various sources and analyze the information using emerging capabilities and data sets, to develop analytic assessments.
• Employ the appropriate methods, processes, and workflows to integrate multiple capabilities and multi-variant data to produce coherent tradecraft compliant all-source intelligence narratives.
• Support validation of existing and emerging programs and capabilities.
• Utilize Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, Analytic Standards.
• Work collaboratively with other analysts, data system users, and stakeholders to continually enhance data quality and intelligence assessments.
• Monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities, providing timely analysis to support operational planning and quality improvements.
• Advise analysts, customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of current events, geographical factors and emerging threats to inform analysis, reporting and decision-making.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of applicable work experience; Master’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience; PhD with a minimum of 3 years of work experience
• TS/SCI with Polygraph as determined by the government
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Experience with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating, using, and/or updating standard operating procedures for intelligence production.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Foundational Military Intelligence production or with MIDB.
• Understanding of object-based intelligence (OBI) principles, workflows, and tradecraft standards.
• Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD), to include ICD203, Analytic Standards.
• Experience with geospatial, space/counterspace, and/or cyber security intelligence systems.
• Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $190,900.00.
