Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support FBI Academy in Quantico, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities
a. Possess working level familiarity with general design and construction practices.
b. Provide Administrative services which will require proficiency in the use of Microsoft’s Word, Excel, Power Point, OneDrive, SharePoint and other project software tools.
c. Manage service ticket requests via the Facilities Integration Tool (FIT) in support of workload management with RPMS sister units.
d. Assist in the development of reports and studies.
e. Exhibit good customer service skills and be a cooperative team player.
f. Have ability to multitask and take on multiple projects or assignments simultaneously.
g. Assist in the development of Unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Suggest edits or updates to this document, as applicable.
h. Perform as a consultant in the establishment of standardized practices and processes to unify PPMU’s efforts at several locations, to include: Quantico, Virginia and Pocatello, Idaho and at several other smaller locations.
i. Conduct special research projects of varying scopes either individually or with team members to analyze program issues within the organization. Provide recommendations based on observations.
j. Perform analytical reviews and submit comments and recommendations in the required format.
k. Assist with the gathering of data for creation of reports. Explain problems with data and/or provide recommendations for a solution.
l. Create forms and/or surveys to conduct studies and collect data.
m. Develop spreadsheets or other presentation graphics to convey factual information in a format suitable for presentation to leadership.
n. Create and maintain appropriate data management systems for management studies and program evaluations conducted within the organization. This includes maintaining appropriate computer records in database software packages. Routinely and expertly extract specific information from records for reports.
o. Assist and prepare professional looking final reports and other documents accurately, free of omissions or errors, utilizing appropriate graphs and charts.
p. Prepare information in proper reporting format in compliance with established organizational requirements.
q. Independently execute recurring assignments and projects of varying complexities.
r. Master-level expertise in establishing and maintaining the FBINET SharePoint Site and UNET SharePoint Site for the entire Unit. Control and develop digital sites, as new Unit information emerges. Manage all data input accurately.
s. Build and maintain relationships with end users, local team, subject matter experts, unit team members, service providers and others within the FBI organization.
t. Possess knowledge and understanding of the FBI organization and its processes with the larger goal of facilitating PPMU’s mission from different geographical locations.
u. Provide comments and/or recommendations as necessary for the improvement of organizational effectiveness.
v. Assist with planning and coordination of meetings and conferences.
w. Maintain accountable and non-accountable property inventories.
x. Create reference guides for on-boarding new employees, as well as for conferences and general information.
y. Prepare purchase requisitions for project purposes and smaller purchases, to include IT software/hardware needs. Manage the acquisition of supplies and services for PPMU and conduct frequent (daily) coordination with the Budget Team for Unit needs.
z. Prepare all government purchase card documentation for office supplies and other allowable purchases under $2,500 threshold for supplies/$3,500 for Services.
aa. Solicit purchasing needs from PPMU staff and prepare MS Excel spreadsheets to track fiscal year requirements with Unit Chief, government card holders and the Budget Team.
bb. Assist with the planning and coordination of project ground breaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies. Duties include preparation of ceremony invitations and tracking RSVPs, working with a variety of high-level executives and staff at the FBI and DEA and coordination of ceremony logistics to include planning and walk through rehearsals. Coordinate for photographic and audio-visual support. Coordinate logistical support to include printing and graphics support. Coordinate public affairs written articles and photos.
cc. Responsible for responding to a variety of data calls and coordination and consolidation of responses within Units.
dd. Serves as the subject matter expert on records keeping and program/project file structure. This includes all electronic and hard copy folders and files in the PPMU Unit. Works with a variety of organizations and individuals to create and maintain documents, to include those designated as Vital Records.
ee. Participates as a member of numerous Working Groups and Integrated Project Teams, based on individual knowledge, experience and expertise.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must hold an active TS clearance
Must have at least 7+ years relevant experience
Must successfully pass a CGI Federal background investigation
