Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role will have infrastructure technology and development experience in Cloud and On-premises IT architecture. The role will support building solutions which enable enterprise data transfer and managed identity integration. The candidate will be a valuable member of the hybrid cloud team which is responsible for ensuring all cloud services are operating effectively and efficiently.
Task and Responsibilities:
• Support “Transfer as a Service” product to ensure SHS services are organized, stored, and analyzed professionally and effectively, as well as compliant with security requirements
• Support “Transfer as a Service” product roadmap and align, execute & track its successful deployment
• Collaborate with the development teams on the platform and provide recommendations and guidance on solutions
• Work closely and in partnership with various operational support teams, development teams, project managers, vendors, and internal clients
• Manage, maintain, and monitor our GoAnywhere MFT Servers, Web Application Servers, Reverse Proxies, Web Application Firewall and Database Servers, Scheduled Tasks and Data Transfers (HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, Open FT, Windows-based and Linux based)
• Check, control, modify and apply security settings (following the principal of least privileges, document deviations) on operating system, service, job and application level
• Analyze and solve problems for services, applications or jobs running on our systems
• Check, clarify, manage, test, implement and monitor change requests related to our systems or services provided by us (e.g., web server software)
• Support implementation of change requests related to data transfer services, applications or jobs running on our systems
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years’ experience in working with Managed data transfer and Integration platforms
• At least 3 years’ experience with end-to-end solution designing and implementation
• Understanding various data transfer technologies and good understanding on Managed file transfers
• Understanding third party authentication for the web applications (AUTH0, Azure AD)
• Understanding of robotic process automation and extensive experience in logical coding
• ITIL foundation certification

Technical skills
• Expert experience on GoAnywhere and File Catalyst
• Good knowledge on tools by Help Systems (GoAnywhere MFT, Threat Detection and Prevention) would be an added advantage
• Programming knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Perl, Bash, PHP, .Net, SQL)
• Logic based automations using MS Flows. Workflows and RPA’s
• Collaborating with other architects, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure a seamless deployment of all solution from development to production
• Assist in designing and implementing solutions that are both customer-centric, and provide the best possible experience for developers, operators, and architects while meeting Organization’s requirements
• Work closely with our partners to ensure that they have a great experience on cloud
