Position Description:
CGI Federal seeking a LearnDOJ Administrator to support the Executive Office of Immigration Review Division of the Department of Justice.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Unlock LearnDOJ Training Accounts
- Issue Passwords/Reset Passwords
- Process Names Changes/Updates
- Create Administrative LearnDOJ Training Accounts and Assign Rights
- Manually Record Training Completion
- Oversee Supervisor Assistant Tool/Job Aids/Map Appropriate Supervisor
- Receive, Secure Signature Approval, Process and Track SF 182 Training Requests
- Coordinates with Budget/Finance/UFMS that federal and commercial training vendor/invoices are correct, tracked, received and approved
- Processes and follows up with Budget/Finance/UFMS to ensure vendor/invoices are paid
- Run SF 182 Reports e.g., (Data, Tuition, Paid Invoices, Learning History)
- Run LearnDOJ Assignment and Completion Reports
- Upload Mandatory LearnDOJ Training to employee training accounts (civilians and contractors)
- Launch LearnDOJ Training
- Attend LearnDOJ Upgrade Training at JMD/2Conn*
- Attend UFMS Training EOIR/JMD/2Conn*

Desired profile
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
*Ideal Candidate should be familiar with NFC, Adobe, JAVA, Acrobat Reader, Proxy Server Settings, Firefox, UFMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (but all of these are not necessary).
Possesses the analytical and computer operational experience to support all LearnDOJ operations. Candidates past working experiences and ability to adapt to a professional setting will enable the contractor to successfully achieve LearnDOJ training; follow on discussions with Division Chief and from Main Justice/2CON will assist in the learning process.
Candidate must be able to receive instruction(s) and, apply and process LearnDOJ applications as cited above. Candidate should have skills to trouble-shoot, research and gather information all the while, develop recommendations and apply solutions.
