Dynamics 365 Consultant (Manufacturing & Supply Chain Focus)
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant with expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management to join our growing team. In this role, you will implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications to address the operational challenges and goals of manufacturing organizations. Your understanding of manufacturing processes, combined with a solid grasp of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, will allow you together with talented team to design and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
As a Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients in the manufacturing sector to implement Dynamics 365 business applications. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering solutions that align with their business goals. You will work extensively with Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and functionalities related to production planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
You will guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements and configuring the system to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Additionally, comprehensive functional documentation of configurations and user processes will be essential to your role.
The location of this role is Helsinki, Lahti, Turku, Tampere or Lappeenranta, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model. Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best.
What we require from you
• A strong background in implementing Dynamics 365 business applications, particularly in the context of manufacturing and supply chain operations, is essential.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including production operations, inventory optimization, shop floor management, and logistics, is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, will enable you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• English is compulsory, and Finnish is a nice addition.
The ideal candidate will have a suitable degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or demonstrate concrete experience gained through practical work. Furthermore, certifications such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert or similar qualifications are highly preferred, showcasing your expertise in the Dynamics 365 Business Applications.
