Job Summary
The Lead Business Analyst - Credit Risk role involves overseeing credit risk management within financial services

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Driving strategy and decision-making for credit risk management.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant KPI definitions and reporting of credit risk performance.
• Engaging with the decision science team to improve risk selection and collection behavioral models.
• Mentoring junior business and data analysts and enabling senior leadership decision-making by streamlining measurement of KPIs.
• Supporting the development of credit policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure and assist in the implementation of credit risk systems and tools.
This role requires a strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies, statistical modeling, and proficiency in data analysis tools

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have skill

. Candidate should have expertise on IT Business analysis
. Understanding on Credit Risk
. Experience in working with conceptual and physical Data Models, with proven SQL skills is a must
. Strong Business Analysis skill across artifacts like Impact analysis, Business Requirement documents, Functional specification document, Functional Validation (Testing) and etc.

Good to have skill
. Ability to perform validation, testing, functionality reviews and relevant training (peer on boarding, developers.
. Agile process knowledge like user story, sprint, planning, demo is also a must.
