We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Platform (OCP) RTB Support Lead to manage and support Production and Non-Production environments. The role involves ensuring platform stability, managing operational activities, supporting application releases, and driving automation and operational excellence across the platform. The candidate will work closely with onsite teams, application teams, and vendor partners to ensure seamless Dev-to-Production transitions and maintain high platform reliability.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Platform Operations & Support
Lead and manage OCP RTB support activities for Production and Non-Production environments.
Ensure cluster stability, availability, and performance during offshore hours.
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues.
Coordinate with onsite teams and Red Hat vendor for platform incidents and root cause analysis (RCA).
Manage and govern incidents, JIRA tickets, and CTASKs ensuring strict SLA compliance.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operational requests including:
User access management
Namespace provisioning
Monitoring and alert configuration
Dashboard creation
Logging and reporting
Release & Deployment Support
Support application team releases including:
Secret creation
PVC creation
Quota updates
Deployment troubleshooting
Work closely with MIS and application teams to enable smooth Dev → Test → Production transitions.
Provide oversight on build, deployment, and release engineering processes.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual operational tasks.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements across platform operations.
Drive RCA for recurring or intermittent issues in collaboration with vendor teams.
Contribute to platform scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
---Must Have Skills---
Strong experience in OpenShift (OCP) platform administration and support.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in Build, Deploy, and Release Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools:
Git
SVN
HARVEST SCM
Experience with CI/CD tools:
Jenkins (including Pipeline DSL)
IBM Urban Code Deploy
Experience in JFrog Artifactory administration.
Hands-on experience with build tools:
Maven
Ant
Gradle
Experience deploying enterprise applications on OpenShift and uDeploy.
Strong scripting skills for automation (Shell / Python or similar).
Advanced troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, platform, and application layers.
--Good to Have Skills---
Knowledge of GitOps principles and DevOps best practices.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Exposure to cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with enterprise DevOps frameworks and CI/CD governance.
Experience working with vendor support teams such as Red Hat.
