Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of Relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior FileNet Production Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience in IBM FileNet administration, production support, and operational management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise FileNet environments while supporting critical migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Monitor and manage FileNet batch jobs, ingestion workflows, and scheduled processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, job failures, and performance bottlenecks.
Support and maintain FileNet Content Engine, Object Stores, application servers, databases, and associated infrastructure.
Lead operational support activities during FileNet migration projects, including readiness assessments, migration monitoring, validation, and issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
Support FileNet environment setup, configuration management, patching, upgrades, and release deployments across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
Ensure operational readiness for new integrations, migrations, and platform enhancements.
Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and capacity trends, providing recommendations for optimization.
Drive automation initiatives for monitoring, alerting, job recovery, and operational processes.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, DBAs, architects, and external vendors to resolve complex issues and support strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

10+ years of IT experience with significant expertise in IBM FileNet P8 Administration and Production Support.
Strong knowledge of FileNet Content Engine, Object Stores, Security, Storage Areas, and FileNet architecture.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise FileNet environments.
Hands-on experience with FileNet migrations, upgrades, and production deployments.
Strong troubleshooting experience involving FileNet, WebSphere Application Server, databases, and infrastructure components.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
Experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Ability to perform log analysis, performance tuning, and root cause investigations.
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Shell Scripting, or Python.
