Position Description
We are seeking several WebSphere Integration Developers with hands on middleware experience -IBM ESB/IIB and IBM WTX/ITX -to join our team in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities will include design, coding, Unit testing, documentation and maintenance of program components and systems within the IT architecture using IBM products IIB and ITX. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience with IBM products

• IBM WTX/ITX and batch file processing
• IBM WebSphere ESB (IIB)
• Middleware experience

• 2+ year’s experience in a java environment
• Candidate should have experience in XML, Web Services (WS-*, SOAP, REST).

Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Expectation is the candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work well in a team, collaborating with developers, customers, project managers and requirements analysts. Curiosity, adaptability and the willingness to learn new methodologies will be a determining factor in assessing the fit between the candidate and our organization.
