Functional QA Lead

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our office/client office in Markham.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry
2. Strong functional expertise with Guidewire Policy & Billing Center modules as BSA
3. Proven experience as QA lead for Guidewire on cloud for Policy / Billing Center
4. Experience with multiple provinces rollout is a must (Ontario, Atlantic Canada, Alberta, etc.)
5. Hands-on experience with Business Acceptance / End to End regression-based testing
6. Experience formulating test strategy / plans, leading a team of 3 – 5 QA specialists
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
9. Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-vendor environment.
