The Junior Finance Analyst is responsible in analyzing financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, recommending actions. They will also be responsible in determining cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data and identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Understand fundamental finance concepts used on projects and processes within the organization
• Analyze data and provide a strategic recommendation based on the findings or information available
• Assist Scandinavia clients with scheduled reports and project set-up requirements and proactively manage the risks that may arise
• Collate and produce reports while maintaining the quality, accuracy, and timeliness as required by the clients
• Log data into tools and applications when necessary, on behalf of the counterparts requiring the service, while upholding data confidentiality and integrity
• Responsible for maintaining an Ensemble site which contains procedures, reports and other relevant documents so that they are readily available to onshore clients when needed
• Ensure that client support is done according to the service level agreements (SLAs)
• Engage in constant communication with clients, as well as building and maintaining good working relationship with them
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operations Lead
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Must have a degree in BS Accountancy, with strong background in finance concepts
• Flexible and can easily cope with abrupt changes and other inevitable circumstances
• Must be detail oriented and proactive
• Ability to multitask and can work well under pressure, with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Can manage shared mailbox effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Willing to work on a mid-shift (1pm to 10pm)
