Position Description:
As a Jira Administrator, you will understand the Jira layout and manage users' default settings, and utilize Jira tools to efficiently manage user accounts and permissions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• A mid-level experience of 2 to 3 years as a Jira Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Jira Administrator Certification (Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) or relevant Atlassian certifications may be a plus.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.
• Proficient in handling user directories, permissions, roles, and group administration within Jira.
• Strong understanding of custom workflows, transitions, and automation within Jira.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving Jira-related issues efficiently.
• Strong skills in documenting configurations, preparing reports, and providing end -user support and training.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week at the client's office in Alabang on morning and mid-shift schedules.
