Position Description:
Are you ready to lead a dynamic IT team and drive innovation in the P&C insurance industry? We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Leader to join our team and make a significant impact.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Utilize your extensive IT expertise to support and enhance our customers’ IT solutions.
• Guide a global team of BAs, developers, testers, and PMs, ensuring they follow best practices in Service Request Management, application support, enhancements, and project management.
• Work closely with P&C business functional leads to gather requirements, schedule releases (Rate Filings, Compliance, Statutory reporting), and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Manage the delivery of IT solutions, including enhancements and projects, while ensuring adherence to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Track and report the status of Request Management, Incident Management, application maintenance, project management, and performance against SLAs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven ability to motivate and direct a global IT team to achieve customer objectives profitably.
• Deep knowledge of IT systems in the P&C industry, including Personal Lines (Auto & Home), regulatory requirements, rating calculations, and common third-party integrations (LexisNexis, Transunion, Carfax, online payments).
• Understanding of P&C business roles such as underwriting, actuarial, product, finance, business development, claims, and insurance operations.
• Proficiency in Service Request Management, Support Management, Release Management, and Project Management.
• Ability to manage bi-weekly client governance meetings, update governance slides, and report SLAs and project status.
• Experience in managing team capacity, budget adherence, and ensuring the use of client tools (JIRA, Octane, Dynatrace, ServiceNow).
• Capability to mentor and guide team members, contributing to performance reviews and development plans.
• Education - Bachelor’s degree
hybrid MA- 2/3 days on site.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $106,200 -$209,100.
