Your future duties and responsibilities:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage and respond to inquiries from existing customers who can contact you through a variety of communication channels, including, but not limited to, phone calls, live chats or emails.
On a typical day, you'll perform the following tasks:
• Engage with existing clients by proposing our complementary payroll and human resources management solutions.
• Propose Solutions/Services: Offer tailored solutions/services to clients referred by customer service, using online and phone demonstrations.
• Record Sales Information: Capture necessary sales information to produce monthly performance reports and follow up on prospects and opportunities using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
• Qualify Prospects: Ensure that the solutions and services presented are well-suited to the prospects’ needs.
• Client Retention: Conduct courtesy calls to maintain client loyalty.
• Achieve Performance Goals: Meet established annual personal performance objectives and collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
• Participate in Initiatives: Engage in various solicitations and promotion initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education or experience in sales, communications, or marketing:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in selling products and services over the phone.
• Ability to work with individual and collective sales targets.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing commercial terms within set price and limits.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism is essential).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of payroll solutions, human resources, and time management (an asset).
