Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows
• Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions
• Integration: Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing workflow solutions using IBM BAW
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate business processes

Must-Have Skills:
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join our dynamic team.
• Workflow Development: Design, develop, and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow
• BPM UI (SPARK)Toolkit knowledge required.
• BPM to BAW Migration project experience required.
• IBM WebSphere Application Server knowledge required.
• User Interface Design: Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience
• Strong Collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in Agile environment.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
