Then you can now join the world's 5th largest IT company, where we are looking for an HR & Payroll Coordinator.

With more than 90,000 employees worldwide and 450 in Norway, CGI has broad collaboration across the organization. Being part of the Global Business Services team, you will be based at our office in Oslo while your immediate manager is in Germany. In addition to collaboration with the local HR team in Norway, you will be in close contact with our global HR Service Center and payroll teams.

Role Description:
Together with the global teams, local HR in Norway, and the external payroll provider, the HR & Payroll coordinator within GBS (Global Business Services) guides employees and managers in a wide range of questions that arise throughout the employee lifecycle.

HR & Payroll Coordinator tasks are built around the following activities:
• General operative HR support
• Input and advice related to payroll process
• Administration related to leave (e.g., parental leave, vacation, sickness)
• Analysis, follow-up related to reimbursements and pension (Altinn/NAV)
• Quality checks, archiving, and ad hoc reporting
• Continuous improvement of processes and policies

Requirements for the Role:
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is structured, analytic, service-minded, and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders daily. The role requires a good understanding of payroll, pension, and Norwegian employment law , as well as the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to different HR systems and tools.
Further, a strong understanding of leave handling, both according to the law, use of systems, and reporting related to Altinn and NAV processes is required.
We believe you have some years of relevant experience within these fields. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred; however, relevant work experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.

Due to the nature of the role, the verbal and written language requirements are both Norwegian and English.

The following points are considered an advantage:
• Experience in working with global teams and/or service centers
• Experience in working with an outsourced payroll provider
• Knowledge of HR and/or payroll in other countries in addition to Norway
