Position Description:

The partner will act as a consultant to the business from a recruitment’s perspective and will be responsible in helping manage hiring requirements of the assigned BU from sourcing, screening of candidates until closure following the Recruitment model. Roll-out TA policies and processes to ensure awareness, alignment and compliance to avoid legal and audit findings. Collaborate and help drive various TA initiatives especially those related to sourcing and Member Referral Program. Build market intelligence in the latest offerings of other competitors to be able to contribute to business strategies.
