Job description

Position Description:

CGI is hiring an HRBP with relevant experience for our HR Team in Lisbon.
We seek a team player with a trusted advisor and senior consultant profile that aligns with our culture, values, and talent management strategy and will support leaders and members during the life cycle in CGI.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Act as an HR adviser, establishing partnership with the BU leadership team, engage effectively with other business leaders, and act as coach and trusted advisor to support the BU business plan;
- Strategically identify and/or support Global and local HR initiatives applicable to the business unit playing an active role during all process;
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of HR processes such as Performance Management, Salary Review, Training Management, Onboarding, and Benefits Management, in line with corporate and local policies;
- Ensure compliance with employment/social laws and agreements and consult with Legal to reduce risk with regards to contractual, legislative and policy matters;
- Contribute to transformation and integration programs;
- Deliver qualitative results by leveraging key HR metrics to support leaders in identifying issues and improving business performance;
- Promote a positive member-experience throughout the member lifecycle process and act as a CGI ambassador.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field (Legal, management, etc);
- Senior profile with relevant experience as an HRBP;
- Experience in the implementation of HR best practices and processes;
- Ability to function as a consultant and counselor with senior management and key decision-makers, translating business needs into HR initiatives;
- Understand the basic financial metrics used to measure business performance and use key HR metrics to support leaders in assessing issues and defining ways to improve business performance;
- Great analytic skills and Team player attitude, focusing on quality, processes and results;- Ability to gather information from multiple sources and identify what is critical when assessing situations and making decisions;
- Able to articulately deliver presentations to senior management;- Strong interest in pursuing a career in an international environment;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Any other language is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint is a plus.
