Position Description:

CGI Romania is looking for an HR Administrator. You will play a key role in executing the companies HR strategy within your designated scope.
You will be in charge of the implementation of HR projects while overseeing essential HR functions, including personnel administration and onboarding, compensation, payroll, training, employee engagement, and the management of disciplinary and legal matters.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Managing HR administrative records:
- Overseeing payroll control and coordinating with the payroll team;
- Monitoring and managing dispute cases in collaboration with business and legal teams;
- Tracking and maintaining employment contracts;
- Handling other administrative HR tasks as needed.
• Developing and executing HR action plans aligned with companies strategies to support business objectives.
• Building strong partnerships with BU managers to support HR initiatives.
• Working with HR leadership and operational teams on talent and career management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Managing employee-manager relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws, with support from the Labor Relations Department.
• Assisting in the implementation and adherence to company agreements within BU management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Profile:

• 2-5 Years experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or business.
• Proven experience in human resources.
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Professional English required; French recommended.
