POSITION OVERVIEW
The Global Application Services Specialist is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications across global IT landscape. This role ensures that business-critical applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with operational needs. The specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality application services and continuous improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications across business domains.
• Coordinate application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution related to application services.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Ensure application compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of application support.
• Maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and change history.
• Support integration between applications and other IT systems.
• Participate in application-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and operations.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business-critical platforms.
• Knowledge of application integration, data flows, and APIs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a global environment.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management tool
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in enterprise application support or management.
• Experience in a global enterprise environment is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
