Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work with Director, to ensure all reporting is up to date and Smart Simple SLA is being met by all team members.
• Actively collaborate across ambition areas and regional teams to bring our social impact partners and strategy to life.
• Practice strong due diligence on all charitable partnerships to ensure minimal exposure to brand reputational risk.
• Support an exceptional employee experience
• You are a role model, coach and champion for our Leadership Model. You consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness and take the time to understand circumstances, motivators and concerns in all interactions with employees, colleagues and clients.
• Support the creation and execution of reporting and briefing documents for executives and leaders at client location.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Responsible for maintaining and updating financial trackers and help manage project budgets across large programs, as well as hiring updates and other regulatory reports which are sent out weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
2. Collaborate across senior directors, project managers and other leadership groups to consolidate updated forecasts and budget allocations, aligning internal trackers with RBC tools such as MIS and Planview.
3. Allocating resources across projects strategically based on budget constraints.
4. Creation and delivery of executive slide decks reporting updates to senior leadership teams and Business VP's.
5. Coordinate and produce reports, minutes, change notices, and other information for workgroup meetings, both internally and with external stakeholders.
6. Updating and maintaining meeting cadences, including coordinating workback plans with executive groups to capture high level updates.
7. Collaborate with senior directors to verify submitted invoice payments and align/adjust resource or project allocations accordingly.
