Your future duties and responsibilities:
Position Description: We are seeking a GCP DevOps Engineer to support cloud transformation and DevOps initiatives for enterprise clients. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring experience in building CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and working closely with client teams to implement DevOps best practices.
Responsibilities:
. Work as part of a consulting team to deliver DevOps and cloud solutions on GCP
. Deploy and manage infrastructure on GCP, including: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL VPC, Load Balancers
. Support cloud migration and modernization activities
. Follow established architecture and security guidelines
. Work with containerized applications using:
. Docker, Kubernetes (GKE)
. Deploy and manage workloads in Kubernetes environments
. Support tasks such as:
. Scaling, monitoring, deployments, and upgrades
. Apply cloud security practices: IAM roles, service accounts Secrets management
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
. 3–6 years of hands-on experience with GCP or other cloud platforms
. Exposure to consulting or client-facing environments (preferred)
. GCP services and cloud fundamentals
. CI/CD pipeline implementation
. Terraform or similar IaC tools
. Exposure to
o Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run
o Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL
o VPC, Load Balancers
Good-to-Have Skills:
. Implement and monitor applications using:
. Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Prometheus, Grafana
. Respond to alerts and support incident resolution
. Perform basic troubleshooting and RCA support
. Education Qualification: BE ,GCP Certification (Associate Cloud Engineer or working towards Professional level)
