Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Enablement & Lead Generation Analyst to support our Director team in driving sales effectiveness, increasing lead generation efforts, and enhancing overall sales performance. This role will be responsible for providing tools, resources, and strategic support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and systems to maximize their productivity. Additionally, the role involves managing sales data to support the sales strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Enablement:
o Collaborate with the Director team to understand sales goals and objectives, providing support to drive sales initiatives.
o Assist in the creation and optimization of sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral to ensure sales teams can deliver a compelling value proposition.
o Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to the Director team.
o Act as the liaison between sales and other departments (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and strategy.
2. Lead Generation:
o Identify and research potential leads through various channels such as industry reports and social media.
o Work closely with the Director team to develop targeted lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality prospects.
o Qualify leads ensuring that they meet the criteria for sales readiness.
o Assist in the nurturing and progression of leads through the sales funnel, ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team for conversion.
o Monitor and report on lead generation performance, using data to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
3. Collaboration and Support:
o Provide ongoing support to the sales team, offering best practices, sales strategies, and resources for effectively closing deals.
o Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with broader marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
o Maintain and update sales CRM systems with relevant lead information, sales activities, and progress.
o Assist the Director team in tracking sales metrics and reporting on performance against targets.
o Collaborate Across Business Units / Teams: Partner with various business units and horizontals to deliver the best solutions for customers.
4. Continuous Improvement:
o Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales enablement tools, content, and processes.
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to ensure the sales team remains competitive and effective.
o Recommend and implement improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
5. RFP Responses/Proposal support:
o Help drive solution and high quality responses/proposals
o Research and bring best of CGI solutions to support the sales process and enhance bid success.
