Position Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis and be proficient in both requirements gathering and documentation. You will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations for solutions. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS is required for this position.

-Gathers and analyzes business requirements for AEM-based projects, ensuring alignment with user needs
-Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define AEM features and functionalities
-Translates business goals into actionable user stories and functional specifications for the developer team
-Supports the AEM development team by clarifying requirements and ensuring timely delivery
-Monitors project progress, ensuring that the AEM solution meets business objectives and quality standards

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
