Position Description:

CGI is looking for an experienced SAP consulting leader to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships and lead the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning business and delivering it. You will own the commercial performance of your portfolio, build relationships with senior client stakeholders, identify new opportunities and lead a team of SAP consulting professionals.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong mix of SAP consulting experience, business development, P&L ownership and delivery leadership.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Own and grow an SAP consulting portfolio, with accountability for revenue, bookings, profitability and P&L performance.

•Drive new business development, identify opportunities within existing and new accounts, and lead strategic SAP pursuits.

•Lead RFP responses, proposals, solutioning, commercial negotiations and executive presentations.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP transformation initiatives.

•Oversee the delivery of large-scale SAP programs, ensuring projects meet client expectations, timelines, budgets and business outcomes.

•Lead and develop teams of SAP consultants, architects and delivery professionals, working closely with global delivery centres.

•Support clients with SAP modernization initiatives, including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, cloud transformation and broader ERP strategies.

•Manage client governance, executive steering committees, delivery escalations and commercial risks.

•Develop account growth strategies, identify cross-selling opportunities and expand CGI's SAP consulting footprint.

•Work closely with sales, solutioning and delivery teams to build a profitable and sustainable SAP business.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•15+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services, with significant exposure to SAP consulting and transformation engagements.

•Proven experience in business development, hunting and account growth, including originating and closing consulting services opportunities.

•Demonstrated P&L ownership, including responsibility for revenue, margins and profitability.

•Strong background leading large-scale SAP delivery engagements and managing consulting teams.

•Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and enterprise SAP transformation programs.

•Experience managing senior client relationships, strategic pursuits, proposals and commercial negotiations.

•Strong executive presence, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

•Experience working with global delivery teams.

•Experience in Telecommunications, Utilities, Manufacturing or Retail would be an advantage.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135,000–$185,000. This role is an existing vacancy
