Data Migration SME – Insurance Sector

Position Description:

We’re a forward-thinking company leading digital transformation initiatives while supporting clients across the global insurance landscape. As we transition critical data to secure platforms, we’re seeking an experienced Data Migration SME to bring deep expertise and strategic insight to our international projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Leverage AWS S3 for secure, scalable data storage
• Apply AWS Glue for transformation logic and data quality enforcement
• Utilize AWS Athena to query and validate migrated datasets
• Integrate and coordinate migration flows with AWS Step Functions
• Develop lightweight data movement and processing logic with AWS Lambda
• Build reconciliation dashboards and reports using AWS Quick Sight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, auditable data transitions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Demonstrated experience in data migration projects, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors
• Proficiency in AWS tools, including S3, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, Lambda, and QuickSight
• Meticulous approach to data quality, governance, and security
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
