Position Description
CGI is seeking a Cyber Security resource fluent with CyberArk to provide L3 support.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• 3 to 5 years of experience in support of Privileged Account Management using CyberArk
• Should have experience on the following CyberArk versions:
o V10 and v11
• Responsible for privileged User account administration of various Windows , UNIX and other app accounts
• Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user.
• Knowledge of managing CyberArk workflow and policies.
• Auditing Accounts and work on various reports, user’s server login issues and user permission issues as per requirements.
• Experience in executing Bulk password upload
• Basic knowledge of MSSQL, ORACLE, UNIX, Active Directory, Windows etc.
• Experience using LDAP, Active Directory.
• Experience in working with SIEM systems, ticketing systems such as SNOW, enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP.
• Understanding of SSH and Windows RDP.
• Be a strong team player
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 3-5 years of strong PAM support experience
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Customer Facing Exposure is must
• CyberArk Certified Defender
Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree
