Position Description:
Working with the Workday Program Team to support the Workday testing Activities and Support and Coordinate the preparation and execution of E2E & URT testing.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Support the planning and facilitation of the Testing phases of the Workday Program
Support the development of Workday Testing activities.
Support the logistics planning of Workday Testing activities.
Support the execution of the Business and Technical Workday Testing activities.
Support and perform test case execution for any and all test phases
Coordinate the collation and reporting of Workday Testing readiness criteria
Support the Testing activities during the execution of the Testing plan.
Manage and co-ordinate defect triage. Identify and support the resolution of problems with project teams in a methodical and analytical approach
Support and coordinate the testing reporting to Test Manager and all stakeholders
Support Test Manager to write high level test cases (scenarios) and test cases for any and all test phases
Work with Global Process Leads and Process SMEs to build and execute test cases in Workday.
Support preparation of URT & SRT test cases and support of their execution by Business Users.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Familiarity with one or more of the following modules would be desirable, though not mandatory: Talent, Learning, Advanced Compensation, or Adaptive Planning
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to support end-to-end testing coordination and testing activities.
Previous experience working as part of a testing team of SaaS solution or similar role
Previous project experience of HR project will be advantageous
Prior experience testing HCM with payroll and HCM with Case Management system would be advantageous
Proficiency in using tools and frameworks to support test activities
Proficiency in workshop planning and facilitation.
Proficiency in MS Project
Excellent knowledge and experience in Workday deployment and testing processes, methodologies and various testing tools an advantage.
Testers will need to have one or more of the following skills:Technical tester, Data migration tester, UAT tester

Ability to build effective, cross-cultural working relationships with peers, SI partners and stakeholders.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
