Are you a process nerd with interested in ITSM, process excellence and ready for new possibilities? We are now looking for a Process Manager for Change management to our business unit Global Technology Operations. Our main business is to offer comprehensive IT infrastructure services and to ensure we do that; we need you who want to guide and upskill us in Change Management (ITIL/ITSM).

You will be part of a competent team consisting of ITIL specialists located around Sweden.
We are working primarily from our local offices or from the home office, and we would love to have you in the office a couple of times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Working as a Process Manager for Change Management at CGI GTO means a varied everyday life. You will be working in the process and foremost with the process. You are responsible for the operational and tactical development of the Change Management process. You will help and educate the organization and its functions to make the right choice, you will drive and coordinate activities in developing the change process and be a key-participant in the transformation journey to become even further process-oriented in our delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To thrive in the role as Process Manager for Change management, we think you are a skilled communicator and a natural leader. We want you to be structured, yet flexible and have the ability to coach, instruct and inform. And of course, you enjoy improvements and challenges!
We wish that you have experience from / within:

• Experience in IT Service Production
• Experienced in Change, Release and Deployment management
• Experienced in Service Portfolio Management and Service Design
• ITIL knowledge (ITIL certifications is not a must, but meritorious)

Personal qualities are highly valued.
