Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong analytical and advisory skills to support complex transformation and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze business challenges, structure solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will independently lead project workstreams, conduct advanced business and financial analyses, and translate data-driven insights into concrete business decisions. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work directly with client management, and experience in developing strategic recommendations, operating models, and implementation plans. Experience in consulting and exposure to financial services (banking or insurance) will be considered an advantage.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Independently manage selected project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of results
- Conduct complex business, process, organizational, or financial analyses
- Prepare structured recommendations and present them to client management
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with client stakeholders
- Translate analytical insights into clear business decisions and actionable plans
- Coordinate the work of consultants within your project area and review deliverables
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation or corrective actions
- Support project managers in overall project coordination and development of client relationships
- Contribute to the preparation of high-quality management materials and presentations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 4–10 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in consulting
- Proven experience in independently leading project streams or key project areas
- Demonstrated experience in working directly with clients (workshops, interviews, presentations, agreement of next steps)
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and presentation skills
- Ability to structure complex and ambiguous business problems and develop practical solutions
- Experience in building business cases, operating models, strategic recommendations, or implementation plans
- Experience working with data and translating insights into business decisions
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-quality management materials
- Ability to manage priorities, scope, and risks within own area of responsibility
- Experience in delegating and reviewing work of junior consultants
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with clients
- Fluent Polish and very good command of English (minimum C1)

Nice to have
- Experience in transformation, operational improvement, strategy, due diligence, process redesign, or change management projects
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- High level of communication maturity and accountability for project outcomes
