As part of a strategic transformation initiative involving a large-scale enterprise platform, the IT team is expanding. We are seeking a TRANSACT Product RTB L1/L2 Specialist to provide production support with T24 Transact experience. This role ensures efficient daily operations, timely resolution of issues, proactive problem management, and continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of complex application ecosystems, advanced troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with Level 1 and Level 2 support in high-demand environments.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily batch operations in the Transact production environment, addressing issues and ensuring performance aligns with defined service levels
Level 1 Support: Monitor and respond to user queries and minor technical issues, perform initial diagnostics, document solutions, and ensure SLA compliance
Level 2 Support: Analyze and resolve application-related problems, collaborate with advanced support and integration teams, conduct root cause analysis, apply patches and upgrades, support batch jobs and daily closures, and coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system integrity
Manage ticket workflows end-to-end, including detailed communication with stakeholders throughout the resolution process
Provide procedural guidance to users for non-defect scenarios
Offer support during deployments and system upgrades
Contribute to internal documentation such as FAQs and user guides
Perform on-site analysis of incidents during go-live, implementation phases, or significant changes
Build or enhance internal tools to streamline diagnostics and improve user experience
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Technical Skills
Proven experience with Temenos Transact (T24) in application support contexts
Familiarity with various functional modules including process automation, configuration management, scheduling, and record handling
Knowledge of operational support and incident handling for live systems
Proficiency in SQL, Unix/shell scripting, and log diagnostics
Familiarity with system integrations, including APIs and middleware
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Autosys)
Understanding of batch processing environments, job schedulers, and system access controls
Experience working with incident management frameworks such as ITIL
Exposure to DevOps practices, including automation and performance monitoring
