This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) and/or client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Communicate with the business client and collect the requirements, and analyze those requirements.
• Create the Business Requirement document and User Stories
• Effectively ensures the completeness of data and identifies the issues (Data Analysis) from Multiple sources.
• Able to perform the Data Lineage and Data Reconciliation Activities.
• Works closely with business clients to understand priorities and impact, and provides timely and accurate reports to management and end-users on the status of critical systems processes.
• Proactively identifies and acts on emerging issues (and works with Development teams) to resolve them in the short and long term.
• Can learn about multiple applications and systems
• Actively participate in Agile development projects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Experience in Salesforce cloud (SFDC/FDC) is mandatory
2. Experience in integrating Salesforce with different business systems is mandatory
3. Experience in Wealth Management or Banking/Capital Markets is mandatory
4. Experience in soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements and creating high quality requirement documents
5. Good communication skills
