Position Description

Business analyst for high-volume client document management system development project in agile team.
We offer monthly salary (bruto): From 2600.00 to 3800.00 Eur
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Analysis of business needs, processes and information systems
• UX prototype development
• Requirement specification of information systems
• Task description and specification for developers
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Software testing
• Client consultations and support
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Information Technology/Communications, or equivalent
• Analyst experience in information system development and implementation projects
• Understanding of information system development cycle
• Analytical thinking, creativity, communicability
• Fluent in Lithuanian (speaking, reading, writing) and good written and verbal English skills
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in business process modeling tools (BPMN or similar.)
• Experience in UI and UX design & prototyping
• Basic knowledge of solutions programing and software testing
• General knowledge of database management systems, SQL basics
• Certification in IT/Business analysis domain (ECBA, CUA, UML or similar)
