Back Office Representative (Contract Management)

Position Description:

The Contract Management Back Office Representative (Junior/Senior) will be responsible for accepting contracts submitted by sales from the inbox, validating and verifying process requirements, and proceeding to countersignature. This role will ensure the completion of contracts and either process them for countersignature or reject them back to sales for corrections.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Monitoring the inboxes and processing contracts across these inboxes from the oldest to the latest submission.
- Conducting thorough validation processes according to contract requirements and demands.
- Auditing contracts for accuracy and completion status.
- Updating and contributing to the latest process changes or developments, and ensuring tools are aligned with processes and client needs.
- Collaborating with sellers and countersigners to maintain an efficient workflow.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College undergrads and/or Senior High K12 graduates are welcome to apply
- For Junior level, newly graduates and career shifters can apply.
- For Senior level, at least 2 year relevant working experience in BPO, Shared Service, or Contact Center industry is preferred and experience working in a Backoffice set-up and using different tools is an advantage
- Tech savvy, good communication skills, and thought process
- Amenable to work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig on a graveyard shift
