Back Office Billing Representative

Position Description:

We are seeking a Junior Back Office Specialist to support billing and administrative functions for service programs governed by regulatory compliance. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring adherence to applicable guidelines and processes. This position also supports compliance tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Prepare and process billing documents in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation

Support compliance oversight through data tracking and reporting

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and resolution of billing issues

Assist in the implementation of process improvements and support administrative projects as needed

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Proven experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a back office environment

Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and data entry systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
