Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented RECO Billing Processor (Junior/Senior) to manage disbursements and documentation for our E-Rate, OUSF, and RHC programs. The ideal candidate will ensure timely processing of customer discounts and maintain accurate records on SharePoint, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for invoicing/billing of the US Government and telco customers
- Focus on associated US Government Service Programs
- Provides Compliance Oversight for billing processes
- Ensures Sales Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manages, applies, and monitors all activity and discounts related to billing
- Adheres to all laws pertinent to invoicing and billing activities
E-Rate: Ensure E-Rate funds are disbursed to customers Process prior month's disbursements for the funding year following GRID approval.
OUSF: Issue OUSF monthly discounts. Process SUSF and Final Order requests. Keep invoices and correspondence organized on SharePoint for modified services. Update tracking spreadsheets for customer accounts. Validate initial invoices for accurate discounts and monitor billing for discrepancies.
RHC: Process RHC monthly discounts promptly, handling at least eight 463 certification requests daily. Process weekly FCLs and HSSs for Telecom accounts. Handle RAPS/CAPS check files and complete weekly audit documentation before the month's final business day
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- College undergrads and/or Senior High K12 graduates are welcome to apply
- For Junior level, newly graduates and career shifters can apply.
- For Senior level, at least 2 year relevant working experience in BPO, Shared Service, or Contact Center industry is preferred and experience working in a Backoffice set-up and using different tools is an advantage
- Experience in using MS Excel and has basic knowledge (i.e., pivot tables, sort and filter, vlookup, etc)
- Tech savvy, good communication skills, and thought process
- Amenable to work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig on a graveyard shift
