We are currently seeking candidates to join our successful Federal organization as an Agency Support Representative (ASR) to provide strategic cyber security consulting support in a trusted advisor role. The ASR collaborates with key client stakeholders to support the Agency mission and cyber objectives by leveraging the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) Program solutions to the fullest extent. The ASR supports and fosters Agency cyber priorities and develops a plan for coordinating these priorities with CDM capability areas and program goals. While advancing the Agency’s objectives, the ASR bolsters support for emerging CDM capabilities and works with the client to integrate technologies with existing processes to solve the Agency's cyber security challenges. Lastly, the ASR supports and works with stakeholders to develop the Agency’s multi-year cyber road map.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- This is a hands-on role, in which you will be required to work closely with Client Program Management and their staff, as well as CGI Service Delivery Managers, PMO Analysts, team leads, and CDM partners.
- Serve in the role of a trusted advisor and establishing relationships with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and similar key decision-makers.
- Apply strategic thinking to plan and achieve long-term objectives of the program.
- Listen to and translate Agency cyber priorities within CDM capability road map and requirements.
- Direct thought processes around governance, security requirements, methodologies, techniques, and tools used to reduce the Agency’s cyber security risk posture.
- Provide both high-level guidance and in-depth technical discussions around existing CDM toolsets and future capabilities of the CDM Dashboard.
- Advise on industry best practices related to the implementation of cybersecurity tools, information security policy, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) controls.
- Identify, develop, and implement processes improving scheduling and coordination efforts in delivering the services associated with the objectives of the assigned group or Agency.
- Review schedule activities, status’s, and results with the PM, DPM, and Service Delivery Managers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
- Understanding and ability to demonstrate the purpose of CDM DEFEND C objectives.
- Experience advocating for the adoption of program governance, policies, and technical objectives.
- Ability to discern appropriate stakeholders and establish good working relationships.
- Ability to diplomatically and effectively work with government officials and program office stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate and juggle multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities and meetings with stakeholders
- Understanding of critical path analysis of schedules.
- Possess strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail coupled with effective analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision or direction.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree +5-8 years’ experience with at least 6 years in a consultancy/advisor type role. Minimum of Master’s degree and 4-6 years in lieu of BS degree.
