Position Description:
We're looking for Account Control Officer to support projects and finance management. The Account Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that resource management, governance, reporting and other requirements relating to client engagements are optimized to support the account functions.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Acts as special point of contact for clients for resource management, timesheet management and operations metrics
. Maintains account wide database, inputting system updates and processing client side system access requests
. Ensures that compliance requirements are met for resource onboarding to client accounts
. Processes onboarding/offboarding requests using internal and client tools
. Processes background checks in house diligently in order to comply with client mandates
. Processes resource assignment extensions
. Prepares necessary backups and documents for internal audit
. Assists with gathering data/updates for a variety of monthly reports, preparing reports routinely.
. Prepares and presents account related data/reports with meaningful/accurate commentary to business unit stakeholders.
. Participates in client governance and other meetings, as required.
. Manages weekly timesheet distribution and monthly timesheet validation.
. Creates / maintains process documentation on SharePoint.
. Participates in process improvement initiatives and the development of policies and procedures to support operational functions.
. Ad hoc requests as needed
. Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead/ Service Delivery Manager

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented professional with the following qualifications:
.    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
.    Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
.    Working knowledge of finance, procurement, and operational tools and systems.
.    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
.    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (intermediate level or above). Experience   with Power BI and VBA is an advantage.
.    Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
.    Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
.    Collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively   under pressure.
.    Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify process enhancement opportunities and drive efficiencies.
.    Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and comply with on site work requirements.
